Jeanine Slaviero
Office Manager
Jeanine has been in the dental field for 36 years where she had the pleasure of working for Dr. Lazzarotto as his Office Manager. Being at the front desk, she likes to make the patients feel welcome, whether they are walking in the door or calling the office. Jeanine is the insurance “guru” & knows the answers to most insurance questions. She keeps the office atmosphere light & friendly by her cheerful personality.
Jeanine is married to her husband Ron. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Kathleen Carli
Office Manager
Kathy has been working in the dental field as office manager for the past 32 years for Dr. Fagan. She enjoys working with people & is always available to help whenever needed & maintains a pleasant appearance when greeting patients. She loves getting to know patients & creating long lasting relationships with them.
Outside of office she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children & seven grandchildren, especially watching their sports activities.
We are excited that Kathy will be continuing her services for Homer Glen Dental for years to come.
Tina Motola
Hygienist
Tina has been the dental hygienist for 38 years & had the pleasure to work for Dr Lazzarotto & Dr Fagan. She loves the fun, easy, family feel she has with her coworkers & patients. She is a dedicated provider & appreciates the commitment to excellence the office offers.
Tina & her husband have two sons. They like to spend their free time with family & friends.

Anna Davis
Dental Assistant
Anna has been a lead dental assistant for 34 years working primarily with Dr. Lazzarotto. Her warm & joyful personality puts patients to ease in dental chair. Patients appreciate her gentle & compassionate bedside manner.
She is married to her late husband, Tom. They have four children, four grandchildren & two dogs. Her hobbies include gardening & reading.

Dental Assistant
Iuliia (Julia) has been working in the dental field for nearly 4 years now, & she really enjoys being able to help each patient feel informed & comfortable throughout their visit. Her willingness to learn & “can do” attitude combined with positive energy makes her a valued team member.
Julia & her husband have two beautiful kids. She enjoys traveling, cooking, baking & spending time with family.
